濟公歪斜地坐在樹頭上，一手拿著碗，一手輕握酒葫蘆，笑呵呵地自斟自飲自愉，似醉非醉的神態，表現濟公詼諧放蕩、無視戒律、自由自在的性格。 塑造濟公開懷暢飲的醉酒神態，神韻、手足及人體肌理刻劃入微，造型生動，性格突出，手法豪放，深得其趣。若配合光源投射到作品上產生肌肉起伏凸陷效果，使這靜態中的雕塑顯得活靈活現，生動形象令人永難忘懷。
Sitting askew on a stump, holding a bowl in one hand and a wine gourd in the other, the cheerful and gay Ji Gong is drinking alone and yet enjoying himself. The state of being half-drunken reveals Ji Gong’s jocularity, debauchery, negligence of rules and freedom from constraints. Ji Gong’s verve, limbs and muscles are depicted with minute details to express the state of a drunken man who is drinking heartily. The lively composition and the impressive personality are expressed in a bold and constrained manner. The realistic image of this still statue will be made more life-like and even unforgettable for the viewer if a light source is projected onto the muscles to produce an undulating effect .
