公冶長（前519年－前470年），名長，字子長，春秋時期齊國人（一說魯國人）。他是孔子弟子之一。孔子將自己的女兒嫁給了公冶長。相傳，公冶長通鳥語。《論語》第五篇的篇名為《公冶長》。

Gongye Chang (Chinese: 公冶長;  Kung-yeh Ch'ang), courtesy name Zichang (Chinese: 子長;  Tzu-ch'ang), was a major disciple and the son-in-law of Confucius. Little is known about his life, but Chinese legends attribute to him the ability to understand birds' language.
