定為內府造辦處製，甲午，1774年

Burlwood; mounted with baitong (white copper), carved on both sides in
regular script with an Imperial poem by Emperor Qianlong, followed by, Made by Imperial command in the Jiwu year.  

Attributed to the Beijing Palace Workshops Jiwu year, 1774
